I've been using the original version of this little Nexus hidden gem for years (the author has since removed it from Nexus), but I highly suggest you take a look at its spiritual successor, AutoHotkey Object Mover. No F4SE required, no compatability issues, even after Fallout 4 updates (it's not a mod). It takes a little getting used to since it works through the console command, but it is an excellent alternative to a mod that has had its fair share of issues in the past. What I like about it is that you don't have to be in build mode to move objects around, just open up console, select the object, and start moving.
With practice, it'll get easier to use.
